Topic	My computer keeps playing this chime randomly. Can't figure out why?

Get DNS jumper and find the fastest DNS (you are also seeing your outside network's ping times). 50% of the time network adapter diagnosis finds a problem and fixes it. I also start task moniter and start chrome browser and watch task manager processes, and the number of them.
