He gets the GOP so bogged down in his bullshit that theyre about to end their legislative session for the year having accomplished almost nothing. No budget, no tax cut no healthcare bill in spite of a majority in both houses of congress and the white house. If he were to resign Monday, Pence might actually be able to use the White Houses role as a leader to push these bills across the finish line.
