Topic	What was the point of Tristan/Honda in Yu-Gi-Oh!? (possible spoilers)
Waluigi7 07/01/17 12:35:27 PM #1:	He was probably the most useless main character in the entire show. He was nothing more than a sidekick to Joey/Jonouchi. He also barely knew the rules of the card game, which I don't even know how that's possible when he's a main character in a show about a children's card game and he witnesses several duels first-hand. Really, the guy is nothing more than a glorified cheerleader, except he's a male cheerleader. Why would they make a guy and not have him do anything? He has no special powers, no redeeming qualities, and contributed nothing to the plot. Yet he was supposedly a best friend of the show's protagonist, which I honestly find ridiculous.
