Very high speed, decent Special Attack, and a fair mixture of coverage moves. But it lacks any real presence in battles. It doesn't have as much utility as Starmie and it's not really a major threat despite all of its (theoretically) good aspects. --- Hey man, LlamaGuy did encrypt the passwords. With what?
