It might at first, but take it from me, I haven't had any issues like that. It's been a long time since I started, so maybe my ass was a shit cannon when I first started, but I really don't think it did. It certainly isn't now.

It's all about moderation. Just take the normal serving size and you should be fine. You could always start for the first few meals with 1/4th serving, then 1/3rd, and just working your way up to a full serving. That might help.
