Clearly he wasn't in "her personal space" from the photo. He was several feet away from her. She had no legal recourse to strike him. She had no ethical recourse to strike him. She was 100% in the wrong. Clearly she said in her tweet he jumped infont of her to take the photo. He was then in her way/personal space and deserved all he got. It's not up for debate.
