Topic	Black man falsely ticketed for walking with out an ID

Cop was wrong when he said that the dude needed an ID but perfectly correct in giving a citation for jaywalking. This is just another stupid race thing. We never would've heard about it if it was a white guy; the fact that they needed to mention he was black in the title is proof enough. Why was he also ticketed for not having an ID?
