My cousin's HOA, on the other hand, is pretty cool. Their rules pretty much boil down to "Don't be a douche and we won't bother you". My HOA is pretty basic. The main laws are: 1. Don't leave your fucking trash on the front of the road unless it's trash day 2. Don't fuck up the pool 3. Don't put holiday lights all over your fucking house no one wants to see that shit we have to sleep at night And the unwritten law: 4.
