In general, women have a much easier time getting laid. So for every one partner your average guy has, most women will easily end up with like 3+. I know it's pretty damn insecure, but it's still an uncomfortable feeling for most. You are just never going to like the answer unless she lies about it, which a lot of them will (for fear of being judged). I don't know, I just think that no good can possibly ever come from asking that question. Just enjoy your time together, however brief or long.
