I own a house and live on 800$ a month. Technically I get 300$ more from letting a friend stay with me now but I put that all away for sumner taxes. You have cable and internet, who does the lawn? Yes. My neighbor does the front and my friend does the backyard. Both free of charge. What, why? Cause I have severe scoliosis so even though I could do it it would give me pain. I have a likeable whats mine is yours and I only want the best for you attitude which in my experience goes far with people being willing to help. Especially if you can create the feeling that you don't just expect them to do it cause its a regular thing and appreciate it every time. Huh... that's pretty cool of them. Very much so.
