Wait what the hell am I doing I can just copypasta old Suprak setups in their FULL GLORY

Robert Baratheon (Modified Princess)
Arya Stark (Vig in training)
Catelyn Stark (Jailkeeper)
Eddard Stark (Gladiator cop)
Benjen Stark (Commuter)
Varys (Jack of all Scans)
Bronn (Day Gambler)
Barristan Selmy (Bodyguard)
Yoren (Neighborizer)
Jon Snow (Vanilla)
Hodor (Vanilla)
Khal Drogo (Vanilla)
Rickon Stark (Vanilla)

vs Scummos, which you already saw.

Scum team sounded scary, but really wasn’t as scary as you all thought. Going through each one:

Cersei – Bulletproof Godfather Flavor Scanner. BP meant absolutely nothing. Bronn had a sword and Cersei was only bp during the night anyway. She also lost BP/Godfather status if Robert Baratheon was killed or lynched at any point. Flavor Scanner wasn’t meant to be terribly useful, but as a way to force Cersei to get up so she could be caught on a track or a scan. Basically vulnerable to all the scans Varys had. As you saw, while after someone told you a role you’d go “oh that makes sense” the book is so huge I could’ve made any character any number of roles. Two of the best town roles (Eddard at Catelyn) claimed their flavor day 1 and scum didn’t shoot them, so while flavor scans might help, it was never going to be terribly useful. And 1 of the 2 scanners was completely immune to godfather anyway.

Jaime – Jack of all trades (extra kill, unblockable kill upgrade, parry). The strongman shot would only really help them with the commuter so it would be fairly useless in any other situation other than Chris rolling commuter because I am pretty sure he draws the unblockable day 1 if Paint doesn’t idle out. The parry is nice, but if he ended up drawing a scan and being lucky enough to parry it the day he was scanned, the end result is the scanner is going to know something was up anyway when they see they scanned themselves. The extra kill was pretty good though. Scum sure could’ve used that.

Joffrey – Ninja. Only immune to tracks/watches, meaning both scanners had a tool to use against him. There was only one track and one watch in the entire game, and without at least one real dedicated role using those the ninja thing is sort of nerfed.

Lancel – Vanillaizer. I forgot who was the first to say this, but this was just really a renamed roleblocked that also affects passive roles. You received a generic fail message if targeted instead of roleblocked, but it was a one night effect. It was meant to get the scum thinking there might be some passive roles they would have to combat, but I don’t think that actually worked at all since there was no discussion about it on the scum boards really.

Tywin – Untargetable Scan Skull****er.

Notes on some town roles:
Arya – Vig-in-training. I actually forgot a similar role was in FFD’s retirement game >_> Must be trying to block that game from my memory for some reason. Anyway, I got this idea from Azure’s game. He had a wandering townie that was meant to act as a miller for tracker scans, and I thought it was a pretty good idea…except for the fact it was obvious it was a miller for tracker scans and it got claimed immediately. I wanted to do a similar thing but give the person pause to actually claim what they are. I figured if maybe they thought they were a possible strong power role they would be fine moving every night but not telling anyone about it. I saw some people calling this a jerk role, but I really don’t think it is. Of course, now I can’t use the same trick in my next game. Maybe I’ll put in a real “in-training” role to be extra tricky. Or maybe I WON’T. HMM HMM HMMM.
