alright I'm properly caught up. Things that stand out to me today:

I like KBM after today. She looks good for consistently sticking to her reads and not using role meta as a driving point for her vote/opinions. Also not letting other people push her around which reads to me as townie. This is somewhat invalidated if MI flips scum.

red feels like he's kinda slipping by and only chiming in to make sure people "toe the line" so to speak. Like he feels very reactive which I'm starting to get a little paranoid over. I can see him as a potential scum partner to Nana based on him shutting Nana up (or trying to) talking about Leo and independent hunting. Seemed like back-handing a teammate for being dumb/scummy. Also, Nana could have been being somewhat honest about scum's angle when mentioning the Han lynch was a planned thing in this scenario. Fits decently.

I don't feel great calling MI scum. He's felt truly deflated which makes sense if he's honest, and I never sense myself wanting to chime in and challenge his posts. The fact that I agree largely with his scum read of Nana plays into that. And when I entertain the idea of MI coming out with his claim as scum I get that feeling I've come to recognize as me trying too hard to make something fit. I give him points for attacking Leo's "slip" the way he did because it's taking a harder path than necessary for scum to try and omgus Leo in that situation. This also is similar to how I feel about his reaction to Leo again today when Leo claimed Scare's role.

town nana flip moves MI (and by extension KBM) higher up the scale above red
scum MI flip moves KBM up to the scummier side

VI is just sort of there because he doesn't fit anywhere else. Occam's puts death above him and I get good vibes from KBM, but I don't have any particularly bad feelings from VI nor is there any role meta whispering in my ear like with MI. And Fuck You Chris did you try that hard to lynch a buddy? lol.

Shooting in the vanillas still makes the most sense today. If we get a blocker or other power flip from scum, that can make previous events a lot clearer and let whatever setup meta we use later be more educated.

As for my setup thoughts. If scum had a permanent strongman, I care less about the jack. And the thought struck me that we saw a godfather and had no miller claims which makes me feel like part of the theme was to have us doubt claims in other ways. Lynch protector and backup support that idea.

I also want to mention again it's pretty possible if MI is town that scum tried to target me in some way and got redirected. Another scum power flip might shed light on that, like if they had a tracker and a watcher or something.
