Of the three, Nep-Nep will probably scratch the itch for a classic JRPG the most, but Ys is the best in overall quality among the three. The hell? Tales is much more of a classic JRPG than Neptune. Neptunia games are so mediocre in both gameplay and writing, and relies on memes and inside-jokes to drive its story.
