I was thinking about that as well. The issues with Red Lantern Hulk are

1) Can he swear the Red Lantern oath?
2) Can he actually uphold the Red Lantern oath?
3) What happens to Bruce Banner after 1 and 2?

1) They don't need to swear the oath.
2) The only way one becomes unworthy of the ring is if they feel love, which won't happen with Hulk, lol
3) Banner would pretty much cease to exist because as soon as donning the ring he would transform, and only feel rage, and with Hulk, we would only get angrier and angrier, and thus his own power and his red lantern power would continue to grow infinitely.
