I'm sure @Clad is correct that there are many regulatory hurdles if you're trying to employ people, even if you're paying them in-kind some how

in any case, my point is that banning homeless "feedings" isn't gonna make them go away from downtown


and having regular meals in parks and on streets isn't going to resolve homelessness or hunger.
