I need to know what you're taking for eating medicine or if you're taking any at all. I need to know how you take it.

How much water do you drink? I'm just confused because I just got out of the hospital in May because of a non Cystic Fibrosis related infection. But it made me lose weight. So I was at 135 pounds and I'm 5'11. Bro, I've been having huge protein shakes, around 5000 calories a day and I've put on 18 pounds in 28 days. I think we have the same mutation so I'm not sure why it's so easy for me to gain and not you?

Now i told you a year ago or something you gotta have protein filled diets. We can't absorb fat well with CF despite our eating medicine but that doesn't mean we can't absorb protein. And a pound gained by protein is less calories. So I've been using that exploit to gain weight.

I have two 24 ounce shakers. I use 3 different protein shakes a day once in the morning and at night, but I combine the shakes to make it easier. So 12 plus 12 is 24 ounces. I Have a meal a day, 2 servings of pasta and a big ass steak.

So I wanna know what you're doing? Talk to me, I'm the only person here who can relate or give you perspective. I don't wanna see a fellow dude die. Especially since my doctor and a scientist who is a friend told my mom that a functioning cure isn't far off. Hang in there man, keep fighting and stay positive.
