I make a few stereotypical jokes of every race and person-type, but the black ones stick more to everyone's underwear. As I tell everyone, I can enjoy poking fun at everyone. I don't see race the same way as everyone else. I am trans and I poke humor at trans people all the time. I enjoy comedy and I enjoy even boundaries pushed outwards.
Ah. Well then you and I will get along just fine. I enjoy a good racist/sexist whatever joke. Nothing offends me. Racism to me is refusing to speak to someone/deny someone something because of race, not harmless jokes.
Thank you. I don't believe in restricting myself because of things like that. To play fair, you have to treat everyone fair. If I am going to have a joke at the expense of someone else, it should be no-holds barred. There are things I won't say like the N word, but a food or entertainment joke is not any harm. I poke fun at trans people for wearing 6 inch stilettos. I poke fun at athletics of other races. I poke fun at a certain song about cockroaches used to represent a certain identity.
I mean.... restriction makes life boring. Do I hate these people? No, but I should be allowed to have a joke about them. There's a time and a place for some gags, but this world is far too sensitive now and I'm not buying it.
I agree. I'm mixed race, grew up with gay, trans, Jewish, hispanic, Polish, Italian, etc. and basically nothing was off the table with us when it came to shit talking. I think its healthier that way. People not having to tip toe around each other.
