If he had any such goals, then he just royally shot himself in the foot just to stay in the good graces of his local Puerto Rican community's voters. *shrug* I'm just saying, either he planned to retire as a politician after being mayor of NYC, or he's incredibly fucking stupid...and will now have to retire from being a politician after being mayor of NYC.
