I have a friend who couldn't find a job for about 8 months after graduating with a Master's (in Economics if that's relevant) Was he only looking for jobs in his field or did he consider things like retail as well? Conflict posted... but I still think judging people for being unemployed when they are actively trying is always going to be shallow. Maybe, but at some point it's also a matter of practicality. I have no interest in paying for someone's expenses, and I've got a lot of things to do and places to go that I'd want them to be able to do as well without it being on my dime. --- ...
