For all that yes, men can sometimes get small advantages just for being male. (Like grad school applications--if you have a male sounding name on an identical resume you get a small edge; you have to actually get to the point where you have a strong resume, though).
Yes, but women can also get small advantages just for being female. Sex-specific programs and scholarships are an easy example of that. Privilege is a legitimate concept but the politicized ideas of it that assume it's only one way, like "male privilege at the cost of female oppression" are just wrong.
