I'm a personal trainer and I've trained multiple women who have gotten to look as good or better than Gadot in Wonder Woman, no "enhancement" required. I've yet to train a man who has even come close to looking anything like Hemsworth in Thor, or Cavill as Superman, or Evans as Captain America, if you want other examples. It's entirely wrong to say women can't build muscle without taking testosterone. Aaantlion posted... GameReviews posted...1. She was a no name actress when they cast her. I'm not aware of any notable character before Wonder Woman that she's played? Ok, I wasn't aware of her appearances in other films, though that's not extremely relevant to what we're discussing. On your second point, it is not "easy" for men to be musclar. It is easier for them to build muscle than women, but it is not easy for them to be musclar like a Hollywood superhero. Though I guess it depends on what you mean by "basic level of musculature". Could you provide some examples? Before you do, I just want to say that most men would be lucky to achieve a physique like Hemsworth had BEFORE Thor, fyi. It is, however relatively easy to get in the shape Gadot got in for Wonder Woman. She has almost no musclar definition to speak of and is basically just slim. That's my issue. I do not like the look she brought to Wonder Woman because I felt she could and should have been tasked with coming in looking more defined and musclar. --- Sign here. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
