I have zero sympathy for Gawker, and their actions absolutely should not be excused. Their first amendment rights were not violated; notice how the government did not imprison any Gawker executives. I think the fines they did have to pay were outrageous, but they had no moral ground to stand on, and I'm pretty sure they knew that. --- You're only as sick as your secrets, but the truth shall set you free.
