I always wondered once arrested are they able to say entrapment and get away but that doesn't seem to be the case. They use a loophole by not having the police involved. Basically it's a third party who sets this all up and the police "happen to be in the area". It's a very legal grey area that varies state to state. --- Immanentize the eschaton ...
