A draw two effect doesn't seem as strong as preventing all attacks for three turns or wiping all of your opponents monsters. But the fact is that card advantage (having more cards in your hand) is a huge part of card games and getting it for free is a major power swing when you draw it. I mean the Gwent game is designed entirely around the concept of keeping card advantage vs putting more power out. --- I won't have it!
