He has a move that's only use is to distance yourself by more than half screen. When meter burned he shoots while doing it lol Well I mean at least it burs meter to shoot while trying to distance yourself. Unlike annoying ass characters like Black Adam and (dear god) DeadShot. I hate how the only way I could ever punish them is by burning meter. His special ability allows him to shoot his pistol, and he throws ninja stars with b+f 2.
