If you exclude cards that aren't legal in any format, it's a dead heat between Lotus and Ancestral. I'd say Sol Ring is in this discussion too, but IMO Lotus is 100% the most powerful because it goes into just about ANY deck, not just blue (Ancestral) or artifact-based (Sol). --- E come vivo?
