At least with SFV every character was being redesigned from scratch and you could try to get the new characters free with Fight Money. But here the base roster is 90% recycled from Marvel 3 so it's just an extra insult. The worst part is most of the recycled characters from Marvel 3 have had things REMOVED from their moveset.
