Yeah but I just figure that even as a publisher they'd intentionally want to control their IP's better than that and not double dip on one over the other or a potential new IP. But that's just my assumption, I'd prefer it over Elder Scrolls myself. What I'd really like is for them to debut a new engine or a heavily reworked version at least because the one in FO4 feels kinda dated by AAA standards to me, but that's just me.
