I mean it's not like she's not aware of the interview she just walked in on... If she really wanted to meet him or hug him or something that bad she could've waited there until it was over and then approached him, to him some random chick just ran up to him that he doesn't know asking him for a hug in the middle of an interview and he was just like "no thanks".
