The Hunchback of Notre Dame Candide Fahrenheit 451 Nineteen Eighty-Four A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Frankenstein Hard Times Animal Farm A Christmas Carol And everything Oscar Wilde ever wrote. Also if genre fiction counts (not that some of the above isn't; actually most of it is...) Tolkien's works and Dune are my absolute favorites. Also The Man in the High Castle. Classics I didn't really like: The Sorrows of Young Werther Dubliners Casino Royale if it counts --- "The truth is rarely pure and never simple." ... Copied to Clipboard! |
