If you're in the habit of driving after having a drink or two you can get your own breath alcohol tester to keep on hand. Or you can just abstain from drinking if you'll be driving (ride share or taxi to get home). While you may drive fine, you may be surprised at how sober you can feel while over the BAC limit, and the risk to you is real if you end up at a check stop or similar situation. Blowing over the limit is still going to bite you in the ass.

I remember one time I was at a party and they had a breathalyzer there, though I think it was just some cheap thing from Walmart that didn't work very well and more for fun than to keep people from driving. Pretty sure I walked to that party anyway.

I may have driven over the limit at some point in my life, though I can't really say for sure. I don't really even drink that much anymore so if I have, it was probably a long time ago, but I do still drive after a drink or two. Three or four is the area where I start feeling a little unsure about it, and five+ is where I know it's not a good idea (unless it was over the course of the entire day).
