Topic	CE, what do you guys think of the novel Jane Eyre?

Despite all of the horrible shit the protagonist has to contend with (the death of her parents, an emotionally and physically abusive aunt, etc.) she never loses her dignity. She acknowledges that she is neither beautiful or rich, but she doesn't allow that to prevent her from living a good life.
