It's Rosa Mexicano, it's a fancy spot. Their portion size for their main dishes is a little on the small side as well imo, but good food. Just came back from drinking sake and eating some sharables with friends, good times. Yes, I enjoyed the taste of the food but a lot of restaurants in NYC have small portions for a high price...that's why I tend to go to the ones where you can get a good meal for $25-28 or under. My coworker told me about this place called Upland which is even more upscale and expensive, so that would be a once in a year(s) dining choice. Nice!
