Maybe Trump didn't plan on winning. But at least Bush Jr got some smart people to do his dirty work. You can say that Rumsfeld, Cheney, and Rove are evil or whatever but they weren't stupid. With the job he's doing, it's not that far fetched that Trump is a plant to bring down the GOP from within. Not that I believe it, but the idea has more credence now than some nonsense like Pizzagate. Yeah, Bush had brilliant people working for him.
