And technically there are more than that, just overseas. There was a big thing in the news about them buying houses in the Vancouver area from overseas and renting them out, driving up the real estate value, to the point where actual citizens were having to buy elsewhere, or locking them into their current home, as they couldn't afford to move into anything else west of Main St. So if you take that into consideration, yeah, way more.
