Topic	Do cartoons based on video games fare better than movies?

It gets knocked for the animation quality and reliance on spoofs, but the characterizations were pretty solid and it did give an occasional glimpse of what a straightforward adaptation might have been like. Even some of the fights were pretty decent. If nothing else, I like the characterizations that they gave to Mario and Bowser and I like that their rivalry was a 60/40 split instead of Mario winning every time. Also the legend of Zelda cartoon every Friday.
