No one looks at a LttP for inspiration anymore and OoT has ran its course as well.

He says, ignoring the fact that Link Between Worlds isn't even five years old yet and was clearly and obviously inspired from everything ALttP (not to mention it being the third-to-latest new Zelda out, as the order is BotW, Triforce Heroes, and LBW). Also, you're ignoring the fact that the majority of remixes for the soundtrack used in each proceeding Zelda game are inspired directly from the title A Link to the Past (even Breath of the Wild is guilty of this at times as Ganon's Theme from ALttP plays during the scene atop the first tower, the Hyrule Castle theme from ALttP, among other old remixed tracks, in Hyrule Castle in BotW).

BotW bucked a lot of conventions of the series, but make no mistake that A Link to the Past set a lot of those trends and is the inspiration that Ocarina of Time and most other 3D Zeldas took on after it- to say otherwise when the last major release before BotW (talking main series games here, not spin offs or remakes) was a direct sequel to A Link to the Past, and you have a really silly thing to say unless you just can't remember anything from before 2015.
