I thought it was designed to be used as part of the application process for his scholarship awards. Don't sign it and your application for money for school is denied. I think it could be simplified and worded better but I understand and agree with the general idea. As someone working a job that is consistently voted as one of the worst in North America, I make great money for what I do. I approve of his efforts to destigmatize trades and labour work.
