As much as I like the Rock, lol at thinking he would beat Trump (even as horrible as he is)

why don't you think he could?

Because Trump's supporters are very very loyal to him, even in the face of the possibly his actions could make their lives harder and that's been proven several times in months. The rock may be the people's champ but keep in mind we don't know what kinda ideals he actually has, he's always kept that part of him out of the media and as we know, if you're running for a seat like the freaking president the media will be all over you to dig up anything they can find on you.

That is true. But you also have to remember that many people who voted for Trump did so because they didn't want to vote for Hillary. There were democrats and independents who disliked her so much that they were willing to give Trump a chance....Now if Dwayne Johnson can step in, prove he is capable, and outline a good platform while running a better campaign than Hillary (which tbh, won't be hard) he can win some of those voters back. Not everyone who voted for Trump was a "The_Donald" level fanatic. they just disliked the career politician alternatives, disliked the failed campaigns, and likely said "...why not? lets give him a chance"....

and that doesn't even factor in the many people who voted 3rd party for the first time because they hated both options....those 3rd party voted ended up hurting Hillary more than Trump.
