There was some sluggishness for the first week or so, until she adjusted to the meds. But there was also weight gain. That was solved by monitoring her food intake. She had always been one of those dogs where I could just leave a bowl of food down so she could eat whenever she wanted to. Never had to worry about her eating too much.
