There could be a video of him kicking newborn babies like footballs and he'd NOT get impeached unless the composition of congress changed. It's party over country. Maybe some shit eater shill on TV like Jeffrey Lord, Santorum, Mcenany or Hannity will say that "he was just kidding with the babies" or "he had a leg-seizure and he didn't want to kick them" or even "his baby kicking prowess has nothing to do with his epic presidential abilities". His party would focus on how the baby-kicking videos would have surfaced rather than on the content of such videos.
