The only time I can see the battery being such a deal breaker is on long flights. But if you're traveling a lot even planes have outlets now.

Worst case you buy a portable power battery.

Batteries have become such an over blown aspect of a phone that if it isn't a 12 hour battery it's utter garbage. Completely neglecting all the other aspects of the phone.


I agree. As long as a phones battery lasts me a full day with my typical usage I'm great with it. I'm pretty religious about plugging my phone in when I go to bed at night, so I have no real need for a battery that lasts longer.

I just got rid of my Nexus 6P because the battery was starting to go, and I wasn't able to get a full days usage out of it. Bought a OnePlus 3T and I couldn't be happier.
