| streamofthesky 05/17/17 4:59:23 PM #9: | Yes. I got my wife a bunch of Sims 2 expansion packs as a holiday gift through Ebay, which I had never used before...and will never use again. Live in an apartment w/ "cluster" mail boxes where you're assigned a box and given a key, they aren't hard-coded for Apt. 205, for example. For packages, there are larger boxes w/ keys and they'll put the key in your mail box if there's a package for you to retrieve from the larger boxes. I'll never know for sure cause I got stone walled every step of the way till I gave up trying to investigate, but I'm pretty sure what happened was the postal worker put the key in someone else's mailbox by mistake, and whatever thief got it decided to keep it or re-sell it, b/c I never got the games. $60 down the drain and the realization I live amongst dishonest scumbag thieves. This happened like TWO YEARS ago, it wasn't like this was when Sims 2 was brand new and highly popular. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
