No, it was implemented correctly. It was a shitty idea in the first place, to fix a problem nobody ever actually seemed to have. And all it did was increase costs to schools, while also increasing food waste. Then again, the liberal mantra seems to be 'if it ain't broke, fix it til it is.' It absolutely was not implemented correctly everywhere. Are you saying America doesn't have a childhood obesity problem?
