I was thinking the same thing pretty much some other time I was contemplating who Sega could revive.

I think their best and obvious bet would be what they kind of did around the Wii era: pander to Nintendo fans. It's crazy how I can vividly remember the two companies being situated as rivals, now it seems like Nintendo fans are the biggest Sega fans.

Samba de Amigo apparently sold close to a million copies on the Wii, NiGHTS sold about half a mill, and Super Monkey Ball generally sells well too, so I think if they stick with games like those and the crossover that sold as well (also for Smash Bros esque exposure) they can get a decent profit with the Switch as they did with the Wii since they sell surprisingly well on their platforms.
