Because the voter who told me that speed of mercs is generally not cared for when voting blew my mind since "speed kills" and is usually a good barometer of who wins a fight many times. So, I guess why literally someone having vastly more speed not mattering makes more sense now in this. It is just a popularity contest. Fuck my arguments for now on.
