It's not really sealed if the whole world knows about it! knowing that an indictment exists and knowing what it's about are two different things. a big policy reason for them tho is so the person doesn't attempt to flee. Leaking it's existence could be enough for that. Of course I don't really think the president will flee, but whatever. Yes but other people could be included in the indictment and THEY might flee.
