I do not really like this defense of "Oh it's only a small amount compared to how much it normally transports", because that's not really the important detail. Plus it shouldn't really matter how much got leak if it's doing damage.

It being contained is the far more important aspect of this leak and why this thing is a not really an issue. Not the amount.


Because pipelines are gonna leak. There is nothing 100% full proof. Considering this was next to nothing it seems they are doing a good job so far.


Okay, but that still doesn't mean the size of the leak is a big deal. It was contained and no harm was done should be the important part.
