If gratuities are already added then no, that is basically the tip just taken out of your bill beforehand rather then you deciding what is appropriate.

I hope so, its 18% which seems high to me, but im of course from a non tipping country and this thread along with previous on the subject make out 18% isnt alot, though as its included im sure all will be fine.
