The only year that definitely has both is 1998. The other year that many of us claimed had both was 1997, but the more I think about it, the less impressed I am with its depth. If 1995 gets that same match pic, I really worry for its chances. I'm not trolling Panzer Dragoon or Rayman, but those games/series could not be less relevant on this site. The way 1995 is currently represented in pic form screams to voters "this year has ONE game that you care about."
